Aleron IT Solutinons Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”) processes the personal data of inquirers / applicants in connection with the offer of software development services, solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and fulfilling its obligation (invoicing). It only processes personal data that is necessary for the purpose of the processing and is adequate for the purpose. Process personal data only to the extent and for the duration necessary to achieve the purpose.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and applicable Hungarian data protection laws, the Data Controller ensures that personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and in a transparent manner. Personal data is collected for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes and is not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes.
The Data Controller implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage of personal data.
Personal data is stored and processed within Hungary and is not transferred to third countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, unless such transfer is required by law or is based on the explicit consent of the data subject and appropriate safeguards are in place.
The Data Controller retains personal data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing or to comply with applicable legal obligations. After the retention period expires, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with internal data retention policies.
Data subjects have the right to request access to their personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing in accordance with the GDPR. Requests related to the exercise of these rights will be handled without undue delay and in compliance with statutory deadlines.

If the data subject believes that their personal data is being processed in violation of applicable data protection laws, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
